Currently Watching: Gilmore Girls

Confession: I am one to religiously follow certain Youtubers. Especially Book Tubers

Some feel like my soul sisters that I have never met.One of my many favorite book tubers called Bookables really loves Gilmore girls. Now I’ve never watched Gilmore girls and I kept wondering what is this thing she keeps talking about……. NOW I know. Yes. I most definitely  binge watched season one within a few weeks and sometimes going all towards 2 am in the morning. SIGH.

DOn’t You Dare Judge ME.

The greatest time waster is finding a new show/series (Is there a difference? I’ll google it). As depressing as it is to lose time I can’t help but crave another episode every time one is over. The issues in this show is so darn relate able and CUTE! Perfect Holiday type, cup of tea, cozy bed kind of show! I can’t wait to catch up, I am like a million seasons late in the circle.

Do you like Gilmore girls? Are you just starting or have you already caught up? LEt me know! I wish Luke and Laurali would just admit their love already! What are you waiting for, tell me everything you think in the comments! no spoilers though, I am on the first episode of season 2. I really hope Dean and Rori don’t break up again but do I really like Dean?? I am not so sure.

OH MY Goodness . I absolutely loved this book !! I couldn’t put it down just finished at 1 26 am. I never thought this book would be this good. I expected nothing but it was funny(ironically) and action packed! not to mention unique! I so enjoyed the friendship with Denton and Paolo. I didn’t enjoy his romantic relationship. That just felt like a waste of his last moments on earth. Wow I could have ended here but there’s a sequel? sure!

Just one book binge read and I’m back on the reading train!

Book Thoughts :The Winner’s Kiss

The Winner's Kiss (The Winner's Trilogy, #3)The Winner’s Kiss by Marie Rutkoski

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I am very impressed with this series at the ability to captivate me as much as it did. The relationships especially between Arin and Kestrel was very well done and not the least bit annoying at least not to me. I enjoyed how annoying the emperor remained till the end. For me I do not like a lot of detailed War planning and description so I found myself skipping through the long paragraphs where they would discuss their strategy. This is just me I find that that aspect never holds my interest but I am sure those of you out there in love with strategy will enjoy it. I was more interested in seeing what would happen rather than being told and even though we were told there was a surprise added with every new plan anyway.
All in all I did enjoy this book I feel quite satisfied at it’s end. I do not mourn the end of it as I did some other series but it was quite a good read.

Book Thoughts:The Winner’s Crime

The Winner's Crime (The Winner's Trilogy, #2)The Winner’s Crime by Marie Rutkoski

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

For some reason I forgot that I was reading a series somewhere into the middle of the book. So imagine my shock and heartbreak when this book ended the way it did. My goodness. What an action packed adventure! I found myself holding my breath a lot for some of these amazingly well placed issues! Especially this conflict between her love for Arin and her love for her father! Wow . Nicely done! I am just as exhausted emotionally as I am certain Kestrel must be at this point. How does she even keep going enough for a book 3??? She is in need of the longest vacation ever and to think she just turned 18. Inhale.Exhale. Book 3 here I come.

Book Thoughts:The Rose and The Dagger

The Rose & the Dagger (The Wrath & the Dawn, #2)The Rose & the Dagger by Renee Ahdieh

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

THis WAS AMAZING! I could not put this down at all. Every minute of every second I was at it. I cried with IRSA!! I could not believe it. Sigh . All great books must come to an end I suppose. What do I do now? My eyes are sore from binge reading and I don’t even want to come back to reality where there is no Caliph Khalid and no Joonam. Sigh. WHy.
